Telephone numbers in China have 8 digits. A two or three digits are added when you dial another town. The zero must be dialed before the area code of the town when you call in China.

In China, the Renminbi is abbreviated "RMB" for foreigners. The "RMB" follows the numerical amount. You will find most of the time the symbol £ in the supermarkets and the streets.
