China  Chinese administration

Every expatriate person who arrives in China should already have his working card and had done a medical test prior to entering in China.

These documents and informations regarding working visa or any other kind of visa are available at the Chinese Embassy in any country. Once you arrive in China you will have to do the residence card to be legal.

What documents to bring ?

  • Passport with Z visa (original and copy)
  • Copy of the Authorized approval letter for Office (certified by Chinese authorities)
  • Copy of the Office Registration Certificate
    2 inches photo (2 copies)
  • Health Certificate (original and copy)
    Office official seal
  • Chief Representative Working Card (original and copy)


Time needed: one week to deliver this card.

You should have the original and photocopies of all your documents. The documents are usually written in English.

Taxation

If you work in China you will be subject to Chinese taxation laws.

Income tax is not deducted by your employer but is paid by you. Following your declaration, you will be asked to pay every month from 20 % to 45 % of your salary.
